* All VIP benefits are subject to Terms and Conditions rich1998. Cashback rates and transaction limits are subject to change from time to time.
The rich1998 VIP system is designed to reward consistently active members. Every time you place a wager on any game — be it slots, live casino, or sports betting — you automatically accumulate reward points with no additional registration required.
Your accumulated points determine your VIP tier. The higher the tier, the greater the points multiplier — meaning you progress faster once you reach the upper levels.
More than just cashback — the rich1998 VIP program delivers a complete experience that makes you feel valued every step of the way.
Receive automatic cashback every Monday based on your total wagering from the previous week. Credited directly to your account with no complicated conditions.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed with priority — Gold within 3 hours, Diamond in under 1 hour.
Gold and Diamond members receive a dedicated personal account manager ready to assist with any needs, queries, or technical issues.
Birthday bonus, new tier celebration bonus, and special gifts delivered personally according to your VIP tier.
VIP members enjoy higher deposit and withdrawal limits compared to regular members, giving greater flexibility in managing their balance.
Gold and Diamond members are invited to exclusive events hosted by rich1998 throughout the year — experiences that go far beyond the screen.
Exclusive slot and casino tournaments for VIP members only, featuring cash prizes and rewards not available to the general public.
A dedicated support line for VIP members with faster response times and access to experienced support staff.
Unlike other platforms that require manual applications or lengthy review processes, the rich1998 VIP program operates fully automatically. There's no extra form to fill in or upgrade to request — everything happens behind the scenes based on your wagering activity.
Points are calculated in real time. Each time you complete a qualifying wager, points are credited to your VIP account within minutes. Once your total points reach the next tier threshold, your VIP status is automatically updated and new benefits activate instantly.
Rich1998 also takes consistency into account — members who remain continuously active enjoy additional advantages over those who are only active during certain periods. This is how rich1998 rewards long-term loyalty.
The registration process takes under 2 minutes. Once your account is verified, you are automatically placed at Bronze tier and begin earning points.
Use any Malaysian payment method — DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or other e-wallets. Every completed wager earns you VIP points.
Once your points reach 5,000, your status automatically upgrades to Silver. Cashback increases to 5% and your transaction limits are raised as well.
At 25,000 points, you enter the Gold tier. A personal account manager will reach out to introduce the exclusive benefits available to you.
At 100,000 points, you reach the pinnacle of the VIP program. Instant withdrawals, 15% cashback, and Diamond-tier treatment await you at this level.
